Captured by resident living on W St. Aircraft departed DCA at 4:58 am to Dallas-Fort Worth. It turns out that this is a regularly scheduled flight for pasengers with DFW connections to South America. And the CAA wants to add more "expanded perimeter" flights from DCA!
