Online support for DC to fund an aviation subject matter expert to consult on Palisades aircraft issues 

Our complaints about aircraft noise is not working.  

It's clear that MWAA's "modus operandi" is to contain the CWG. MWAA can't even be bothered to share information that impacts communities (like how the 14th Street Bridge project cut down on use of RWY 19 GPS and led to increased use of the LDA-Z) as well as its lack of a meaningful Fly Quiet program.  DC, Maryland, and Virginia CWG members are contacting their respective government representative for help.  If you are interested in supporting our effort to pressure the DC government to fund an aviation subject matter expert as an advocate on aircraft issues arising with MWAA and the FAA then please sign up. I also suggest expressing your concern directly to Councilmember Frumin and request that he listen to the recording from the July 23 meeting because it captures MWAA's attempt to diminish and marginalize the CWG.  CWG members were appointed by them to be the eyes and ears for impacted communities. The recording also illustrates how MWAA is putting its thumb on the meeting summaries, even though it had previously committed to a review by CWG members and incorporation of comments to add/modify the summary. 

The CWG can't keep bringing fists to a gun fight.  We need a hired gun to protect your interests.  The objective is to pressure DC elected  officials to dedicate staff resources and to hire subject matter experts to thoroughly examine/monitor adverse health consequences and to pressure the FAA to address these issues.
